Is this true there's going to be one? Don't agree with the idea. Having one big crowd together is better than it being separated.

I'm strongly against this idea ! We are all equals and together to see our fave band ! Music is about unity not discrimination !
But I doubt there will be a gold circle, no gold places were sold.

Golden Circles are a good thing as there is going to be a lot of fans going a bit ape on saturday. They separte the crowd for safety reasons and also it keeps the agressive beef cakes from rolling up during Breathe and throwing their weight around.

I wish i could get there early and collect my wrist band but I can't be doing with spending all day watching shite suppport acts.

Ah ok it works like that, so it's legitimate. I thought there were high-priced tickets to access to this special zone as it's the case, here, in France, in some festivals.

both times ive been 2 the bowl theres been a "golden circle" u could only buy wristbands on the day not with your ticket and they were all gone stright away

The biggest festival of all, Glastonbury has never had a golden circle. So why have one at The Bowl.

I find it a bit harsh charging people to gain entry to a golden circle after the costs of buying your tickets, travel expenses & having to pay a fortune for food & drink once inside the venue! Surely the promoters are creaming it in enough before charging extra for things like this! Having said that i will be doing my upmost to get in!

Most gigs i've been to where there is a golden circle its been first come first serverd! Gain entry and get your wristband once you leave to have a look around! I've never been charged in the past but it wouldnt suprise me if they do try and stiff us die hards!

i think golden circle was free last time just first cum first served and very limited , cos of the natral shape of the bowl with raised edges u can c froom everywhere but this also can lead to big surges forward when main acts come on with most coming down from the sides to the flat bit i think the circle is to prevent crushes at the stage its barley noticable no massive gap and u certenley dont feel seperated from the "choosen few" besides when all the plastic bottles (im sure it wasnt green water in them) are thrown and bog rolls and every thing is thrown from the edges as always happens at the bowl i felt sorry for these chosen few as the circl takes the full brunt of the barrage.

aha ive been at the brunt of the bottle throwing and food etc at eminem and its quite scary.I hope this doesnt happen this time i think there was problems with the sound system at the time so hopefully all will go well.I dont think i will bother even trying to get into the golden circle as i have panic attacks and asthma and just being there is enough for me i was up on the back hill last time opposite the stage and had a very good view and the sound was fantastic so i guess i will probably be there again.

Hi dashin yes i did get your pm ty i did reply.maybe us from the forum could all wear something so we could recognise each either like a armband or wristband or maybe paint a red ant on our hands lol.

I reckon seeing a fresh ant tattoo is a sure sign they are off the forum
