I haven't booked any accommodation yet either. May have to stay outside Milton Keynes.

Anyone know how far the station is from The Dome?

Well, i'm down milton keynes like every month and i catch the train. The walk from the train station is more than 30 mins, i can assure you. There are lots of paths and roads to take. I says at least 45 mins

Got a nice B&B booked for the night before, walking distance of the Bowl and with a swimming pool. I'm off on the Friday so it will be a casual drive up to MK (only a couple of hours drive from Brighton), chill out for a bit, have a swim, get a meal, go for a few drinks around the bars on the Friday night, then an early morning walk up to the bowl to get there nice and early. I'll probably grab a few cans to drink outside before they let people in, so anyone who fancies coming along early give me a holler. The B&B has even said we can leave the car there all day as we will be driving back home after the gig (and any afterparties that may spring up).
One of my old Unimates lives in MK and I went to stay with him about 4 years back. I really liked MK, a lot of money has been spent on making nice club / bars and I didn't see any trouble. OK it ain't quite Brighton, but then nowhere else is

I'm aiming to get to the Bowl for 8am to get queing up! Sounds a bit mad but i want to get in that pen at the front of the stage so leaving nowt to chance! I'll give ye a shout out Wayne B when i get there. Be good to have some sort of forum meet up down the front

sorry forgot to confirm, as Delron has said, it is an 11pm curfew as per the other gigs.

I've gotta say Prodigy HQ's organisation of the logistics of getting a lot fans out of the bowl on to various forms of public Transport after the show is a complete shambles! This information should have been given much earlier so plans could have been put in place.

To then have the cheek to say 'patrons using rail transport are reminded that it is their responsibility to allow enough time to make the necessary rail connections when leaving the venue' so basically you arrange a festival, charge a hefty £50 for each punter and then kick them in the balls and say, you want to get home that night, you'll have to miss a good section of the finale of the show. Truly disgraceful.

You've done nothing to aid fans at all and just kopped out and passed the buck of responsibility on their heads so you don't have to spend any cash on it. Other artists who have played the bowl have arranged extra transport for the fans.

I hope common sense will prevail and you'll consider the thousands of fans who won't be driving to the festival to bring the curfew back to something sensible like 10.30pm

Errr, I don't remember any gig I've been to putting on extra transport because it finishes late or not near where I live. Either I've driven/got driven, found digs or left early to make sure I got home ok.

Nice one, 1 more question if i may
the National Express deal, does the coach actually drop you off at the bowl? was checking the site and it says MK bowl but when you click on the map it shows you the stop at MK central (train station) which is a 20/30 min walk getting to the bowl (getting back there with 65k other people leaving the venue means a longer walk back there) email national express but no reply and prob wont egt 1 now til Monday
