As you make the bpm faster the music is going faster. If you listen to music and you clap your hands along to it, just naturally when it feels right, this is the beat. Each clap is called a beat. But you need to know how fast the music is going, so you say how many of these beats there are in a minute. And obviously, the more there are in a minute, the more you have to fit in, so it goes faster. 120bpm is two beats every second. You get that? So go onto that website and you'll see what i mean by selecting different bpms.

There is no way on earth you can play piano without tempo. Every time you play a small tune....there is tempo...there is a beat...there is an amount of beats in a minute..

To be honest Kunio...if you don't understand now...you won't ever understand. Unless its a language thing.
