This topic would belong in the Off Topic section, as the band doesn't reply to questions on the forum as posted by Theresa earlier, and your question isn't related to the band.

As for what software to use, I personally mainly use SoundForge, ACID, Reason and Ableton Live at the moment.

I use Reason and Recycle as well as a portable sampler to catch cool sounds on the fly. Trim them in Wave studio and import them into Reason. Lots of fun.

Now all my hardware gathers dust in my room, hehe...

For music production, I use Reason 2.5 , Ableton Live 4.0.4 and the Korg Legacy Cell. Also a little beauty of a program i stumbled upon called SoundStudio.
Its a sampler basically....also used for ripping your vinyl/tapes onto mp3

I use entirely hardware . I'm an old fashioned kind of person... but however when needed I do make minor edit's (using whatever really, usually Audacity or something).

What we're dealing with here is a total lack of respect for the law.

Ableton Live, Ableton Live, and Ableton Live. Combined with anything cool I find on www.kvraudio.com ... and Ableton Live.

As far as Liam goes, last time he said anything in interviews he was using Reason with a mix of hardware and Protools. More or less, AONO was written on his laptop with Reason.

Wow, have the musical group Propellerheads even done anything musically in recent years to even spark this confusion?

I used to use Reason as well and even a loooong time before that I used FastTracker 2 and even wasted money on a W-30. But I tell you, the first 10 seconds with Live... I fell out of my chair.

Unlike all you other Liam Howlett following SHEEP... I use FL Studio for music making and Adobe Audition for wav editing. Reason doesn't do it for me. But yeah, I've been messing around with Ableton Live lately and it's fun!... crap, Liam uses that, doesn't he....
