TOPIC: JETFIGHTER, DOGBITE, AND AWOL

JETFIGHTER, DOGBITE, AND AWOL 11 months, 3 weeks ago #63234

What do you think about the whole darker thing with the new album? I don't know but I have not heard any electronic feel songs more guitarish sounds not too happy about that but I don't care really. "AWOL" is ok but the white stripes sample in "dogbite" is dum in my opinion not album quality.But forget me WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I think, guys are on the best way to change their gigs style. At last shows u can see more and moaaaar guitar.

Rob's guitar is a lot stronger and louder in SMBU, Poison, Breathe, WoF...and in many other songs.
I think that step is going to catch many of rock fans who likes strong guitar riffs. I Like it to.

About AWOL, i prefer that version in Bratislava, cause it was something like WoF, like a train runs over u. yeahh.

Dogbite is going to be better than now, Liam should work on it.

Jet Fighter sounds class, really fast old style, Dogbite's alright but it doesn't progress it's the same whole way through, get's boring after a minute, The second versio of AWOL was way better with the siren's really heavy, not too keen on the first version, hopefully they sound better when finished

It could be interesting when Liam 'll put the 2 versions of AWOL together and make new 1 track maybe...

That would be pretty cool, don't see why he doesn't play the second version anymore it sounds deadly I reckon he'll stick with them 3 new songs until Warriors dance Fest, then he'll play more

The biggest minus is those tracks are too short. ;___;

If Spitfire came back to the setlists due to the new album theme, maybe full throttle should get back ey?

AWOL and Dogbite really sounded kicking live, so I'll approve on them. Dogbite should improve its structure, though. Jetfighter seems cool and badass also, but the throughout repeating System of A Down sample in it is just too obvious. Or how should I put it - not "clever" enough on Liam standards.
