Why not watch a few of the earlier videos and compare? Being there is obviously a better experience, but it will give you an idea. I think the live show has changed as with regards to dancing etc, but the energy and vibe are still there.

When you ask about dancing etc are you refering to the Sharkey days?

If you have already watched every available video then ignore my suggestion

http://forum.theprodigy.com/viewtopic.php?t=286 put your sounds here for everyone to listen to, look forward to it.

Sharkey was another dancer..who left just before they hit the big time.

As far as i know..in the prodigy book by martin james..it says she left cos she didn't like the idea of being famous

When Charly single was released I heard. She wanted to help other really underground bands or something.

Talking of the piano bit I really like them. I think Your love is such an uplifting song, although not sure if I prefer the remix now as it's faster. Actually I think they could really work on it and make it loads better. I'm 20 and I prefer their older stuf, Kind of a little dissapointed with some their later ones like hotride. I remember hearing Firestarter when I was young and thinking wow. My friends were like do you know what that means??? I had no idea what a Firestarter was, just liked the beats.

To me it's about the beats, like how their music lifts you up and down, like you become inside the music, feel it. The only was to describe it would be to call it classical music.

I've never seen them live, but want to before they stop playing, I mean Keith's 37 now. So they danced more when they were young right? They could get new dancers though.

new dancers? like a coreography... hell no^^
but the age is a good point though

so you prefer the older ones.
i prefer the jilted and the fat songs (you know, second and third album^^), but my favourite is "out of space".

has anybody seen the rock am ring gig in 2005?

I prefer the jilted album to fat of the land, I like the one with breaking glass. Fat of the land is a very angry album, have not listened to it properly yet. I like some of their later ones like Jericho (that is more recent right?) But not the ones with too much singing on like fat of the land.

No coreography...how could you do that to the Prodigy? Impossible! You just move how the music takes you!
