.. topic should read weather experience "breakbeat" question but i couldn't fit it in haha.

anyway, for anyone who knows, i know liam sampled alot of hiphop for the sounds on experience like other rave people did but where the hell does that vinyl scratchy breakbeat in weather experience comes from? is it a hip hop song? or funk song? I need to know as I want to have a go at remixing this piano masterpeice of Liams!
