why haven't they released it?

They have, on the Lost Beats album that came with some bundle of Invaders Must Die, although the track was renamed 'The Big Gun Down'

i think the track was first called Comanche, but when they put it on the lost beats ep they re-named it to The Big Gun Down in respects of the sample (from the movie The Big Gun Down).
