finally got my hands on a copy of this masterpeice, was a bit pissed of by the guy who served me in HMV as i said i wanted to order a prodigy album he said to me "take it is the one with firestarter on it yea?" the look on my face was priceless haha , anyway brilliant albunm love it

I love AONO, in my opinion IMD is the one that is actual shit. AONO was hard and damn, it had some heavy synths on it, while IMD (especially the title track) sounds like Japanese pop, with gay leads all over the place (I'm not a hater, I love The Prodigy with all my heart, I swear, just that after the super-heavy AONO, I expected something heavier... well, Warrior's dance, RWTW, WOF and Thunder were all right, but that's 4 out of 11...)

IMO: AONO is the weakest Prodge album. That doesn't mean it's shit.

I agree with many of the OP views, and quite enjoy listening through the album, start to finish.

But agin: mr H could have done a much better job on some of the track, as with all albums, but all in all it's a good but not great album.

For me AONO cannot stand nearby IMD, which is best album of last decade.

Album was meant for playing while you cruise around with your friends or play racing games. It's not Rock and it's not Rave so I guess that's where all the hostility comes from.
