been looking at some of pendulums live stuff on you tube. they're pretty shit. also, does it annoy anyone else that they're whore-ing voodoo people on their live sets like it's their own. i know they've re-mixed it or whatever but they're ripping the guts out of it. newer music listeners probably think its their tune. raaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr

Hold your color was ok-ish, had some good tunes imo. But the last album is awful, and i would rather watch the new barbie princess movie than listen to it all way through.

Im not a big fan of Pendulum but I think there alright....but their performance of Voodoo is nowhere near the Prodigy version live

i saw them at download and thought they were amazing
can i ask the people on here who are saying they are shit live have you actually seen them live ?

yes i have seen them live. they're tepid at best. really don't get any of the fuss about them. my point is, any credible act would have a bit more dignity than to try and camoflauge someone else's tune as there own. you don't see Chemical Brothers playing smack my bitch up or Aphex Twin whacking out 'poison'. these guys seem to be trying to pinch a classic prodigy tune for themselves and quite brazenly at that.

I kind of agree about the whole vodoo people thing but i think its great they are using it but they still have there own stuff that is liked just as much like propane nightmare for intsnce

live tho they are really good especially there drummer hes amazing

Live they are amazing (although at my age it's not easy to go hell for leather for that long these days), they get the crowd so pumped and really go for it full on and that's where the comparison with The Prodge comes from. So what if they're playing Voodoo, it brought Pendulum fans from The Prodge's side and vice-versa so it's a win win as far as I see it.
