It's a forum, freedom of speech is encouraged. As for saying what I think, I doubt you'll find a more opinionated person on here who's comments have got him a load of abuse back over the last couple of years. i'm sure some of the older members will back me up on that, especially Flinty!

I can recall that once someone registered just to tell you that you are a disgrace to The Prodigy and their fans, then a huge arguement started till he finally erased his account or smthing. That's what I was afraid would happen if Boudewijn took offense

Damn right, some Polish guy was saying I should die so I gave him a few home truths and someone joined just to tell me I was racist and a disgrace to all Prodigy fans. My half-black best mate Gavin found that hilarious. After I had stopped beating him for speaking to me in a white only area.
I know some of you are sensitive, so I will point out that I am joking. but not about the beating part

Anyway, think i'll go read some positive stuff now lol, although this topic is full of em lol

The thing I don't like about this cover band is that they're not special nor original at all. They're just pretending to be The Prodigy. Cover bands like The Australian Pink Floyd Show are special because Pink Floyd doesn't exist any more. The Prodigy have been touring for two and a half years now and - in my opinion - we don't need an act which is exactly the same. There is nothing wrong with a cover band but give it your own twist.

On the other hand, like Wayne said, a night full of Prodigy tracks is always good.

You know absolutely NOTHING, they are not pretending to prodigy at all and if you actually bothered to go see them or talk to them you would know what their about, they do this for the love of the prodigy and also do a lot of their own material which they play live actually so before you go slagging them off get your facts right coz you talk shit, most people on here probably aint even seen the real prodigy live, just jumped up little dick's who got nothin else better to talk about. Jilted are a bunch of talented lads and their all brilliant people so for anybody to just say such things about them is a joke, call yourself prodigy fans, prodigy don't need fans like you!!!

Well I didn't know about their own stuff. Didn't see it on YouTube either, so guess that's my fault then. I don't like the stuff I've seen so far. But thanks for correcting me. If you have some of their own stuff please let me know..

go on there myspace there own material is on there i do beleive
also next monday they are a realeasing a single with slipmatt

I didn't slag them off!
I said that it's good to see the boys on the forum, and that I've no problem with them and if the crowds up for it why not!

Haha good to know you boys visit the forum, but as you can imagine a forum about a band will be filled with fans of the band, and die hard fans are usually love/hate about tributes..all I can say is if the crowd's up for it then why not

sorry no sale queeny, some of us have seen the prodigy many times, loved em for years etc etc, one is allowed to air their opinion on this tribute band, ok they love the prodigy and can perform tracks but its just not really for me.
---- I have a soundsystem and a mic, anyone interested? think i'll call it 'the apology' soundsystem ------ their own original stuff sounds good, fresh compared to some fotl and invaders tracks, bit tired with some of them live now

Whatever either way, at least it's getting the thread some hits, although if I had known the amount of attitude it would bring with it I wouldn't have bothered.
