we'd love to meet you Skellz...

here's one from after we spoke to maxim and liam at Rainbow Warehouse:

Good to see familiar faces at the front of the crowd at the gigs, tuff place to be! Couple of very hot shows but hey I like it like that! Also good to do such small venues and to feel that intensity and closeness small places create. Respect to Damon who came from the states and to see us. Good to see Yuki too. Respect to Maxim from the tribute band who i also met at Birmingham show. Hopefully see you all at Gatecrasher, we’re gonna tear it up!!
Peace
Maxim

Haha good to know you boys visit the forum, but as you can imagine a forum about a band will be filled with fans of the band, and die hard fans are usually love/hate about tributes..all I can say is if the crowd's up for it then why not

Why are people focussing on the tribute band so much? It's a cheap night in one of Brightons friendliest and least commercial clubs playing non stop Prodge choons, dubstep, jungle etc. Sounds good to me, I'm looking forward to it.

A lovely thank you to Mr. W 30, James Jupiter the 8th, Mrs. 303, Mr. 909, and especially Monsieur Akai 1100 (The Earthbound Crew)

Because its a bit of a rip off, not the cost, the fact these guys are trying to be the prodigy, its just off key man. Made me cringe watching them on Youtube. Enjoy the performance wayne, let us know what its like if you go

They're not trying to replace The Prodigy, it's a TRIBUTE band, lots of famous acts have them. Stop being so fucking 'precious'. Jeez.

He didn't say 'replace', he said 'trying to be' and THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They are a bunch of useless smeggy dildos that never got to be what they wanted to be in life, so they act like something else.

"Trying to be" or "replace", same thing in this instance. Either way it's not what they're doing.

Don't like the idea ? fine, don't pay to see them.

Calling them nasty names is a bit pathetic though, don't you think ?

FYI Its not about being precious, its seeing your favourite group get mugged off, tribute acts like the bootleg beatles have talent,.. these guys are attention seeking clowns, it not a tribute but a travesty. have a look a their performances keVo

"calling all my warriors" ?? how about " I am sad and lack an imagination of my own, so copy maxims already limited repertoire"
