Theres a really good version of it on a Jeremy Healy Fantazia compilation i have, works perfectly on the album without the vocals.
Understand what your saying though, i was really into basement Jaxx at one time following there first album Remedy then they followed it with some right TOTP trash.
Same with BGAT, that track really annoys me as it is an absolutely insane track as an instrumental!
I think that's Keith on the guitar actually. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that he wrote most of that song.
