The Cork gig has to be one of the worst timed gigs ever. Its right smack bang in the middle of the Leaving Cert! And for people who don't what that means. It means that 90% of the 18 year old bracket will be doing the most important tests of their lives. If they had it 9 0r 10 days later they could have sold out 2 or 3 nights easy

the marquee is a big tent about 5 mins from my house...with the best sound/acoustics in the country.

its a balls about the leaving cert..but it wouldn't have stopped me back then.
plus there'll be less tiny people to worry about crushing in the pit

I'm surprised to be the first one here to say this (perhaps I've missed something) but how come we never see the boys in the Americas anymore? Make a couple quick stops over here and you'll be surprised at the response you'll get - If you play maybe Toronto, Boston, New York, Miami, Austin, and San Francisco, I think you'll get a pretty big turnout - especially once the new disc hits. Shit, I'd pay $30USD to go see them play Omen and Warrior's Dance, then just walk of the stage.

Our electronic music scene over here is pretty god awful these days, that's for sure, but that's because there are a ton of people itching for some DECENT electronic music, and we just never do anything because we can't find any.

Is there a reason (besides apparent lack of interest/our government doesn't get done sucking until January) that we never see any Prodigy dates stateside anymore?
