OXEGEN... Absolutly amazing.

Aphex Twin was mental, the videos were extremely freaky, i mean at one stage it was a naked woman for 3minutes.

Prodigy kicked ass, another new song played, i didnt manage to catch the name though but it was banging. Voodoo people was remixed and sounded even better than the origional. they opened with Their Law which I didnt expect!

The sound system at the 02 Arena however was quite poor, i was up the front so it was good for me, but the people at the back were chanting Turn it up... i went to chem bros and couldnt hear them at the back, you realy had to be up close.

Justice and prodigy played at the same time, and from what i heard, Justice wiped the floor with prodigy, I think Prodigy need to put a bit more feeling into the intence energy they creat because they were defenitly the best energy there.

I hope they come to Dublin, they ALWAYS have a good gig in Dublin.

Couldn't wait to go and see the prodigy at oxegen, but i was bitterly disappointed when i finally got to see them.
We started half way back through the crowd and they were playing their second song before we even realized they were on stage due to the really bad sound quality.
After forcing our way through to about 10 rows from the center of the stage i thought the sound was bound to improve, but alas i could still talk to people around me and clearly be heard.
The sound on the O2 stage wasn't always that poor, and i know because i was working beside it.
Really disappointed in the performance but i would definitely go to see them again as i have faith in them that they can preform way better.

"They didn’t want us to play this fucking tune. But the way things go, I do what the fuck I want"-Maxim, Reading Festival 1998 Heroic

Prodigy were utterly amazing! They played something along these lines the same set structure as Birmingham
Intro
Their Law
Warriors Dance
Breathe
Spitfire
Warriors Dance
Firestarter
Action Radar (link)
First Warning
Mescaline
Voodoo People
Poison
Diesel Power
Smack my bitch up
Your Love link
Out of Space

The sound was not terrible!...it was banging!....I think it was a bit low at the very start with Their Law but then it was rocking!
They were the best band on the night....
Great to hear the new tracks Worlds on Fire and Warriors Dance and Mescaline...the Your Love link into Out Of Space was really cool...
and another highlight was guitar player Rob smashing his guitar all over the stage!! rock n roll ha ha

Yeah I thought they were on form too. great to hear the new stuff properly and not on some fucked up you tube video. there were a fuck load of people banging down the door to come in after realising they'd made a mistake in staying on for the verve over at the main stage. haha. . only disappointment was that they went through the set quicker than amy winehouse goes thru needles, . .............. other than that .................top notch

it's more like i'm heading their way because it seems their not doing gigs close enough this year so i'm (hopefully) heading over to Coke Live Music Festival (Poland) at the end of august. a fucking long way to drive, but for prodigy it's a little price to pay

I was actually disappointed with the gig, I've never seen a band lash through songs so quickly, not even a pause for the encore as far as i can remember, maybe midnight is too late for them to be up these days. Maxim seems to have got lazy in his mc'ing too, there's a lot less of him really rousing the crowd into a frenzy, I enjoyed it but I felt it was a very lazy performance. No lasers either or have I gone Blind?

they must have been under time constraints because they belted out the set.. . . . i've cooked stuff in a george foreman that's taken longer
