hi - it depends HOW big you want to print it.
the image Kev attached is 1595 x 800 with a res of 72dpi.
Traditionally anything for printing is meant to be at 300dpi and whilst that is true in many areas of printing it's not for all areas. For example those billboard posters are not printed at 300dpi but considerably less, you don't view a billboard poster from up close but from at a distance and the further away you are from something the less tightly packed the pixels have to be - meaning it doesnt really matter is the image is 'pixelated'. For an A0 print you could probably comfortably get away with 180dpi - i have resized the image for you, i'm trying to upload it
