Not exactly a "making of" clip, just an interview with a couple of the makers, but a great find. Thumbs up. That was the good old days. Still love that video

I saw it first time probably in 2000 so then it was ugly, maybe not as now.

I guess you have to consider a lot of people never saw it when it first came out, so can't appreciate how cool it looked back then. Some were of course still writing them off as a shit dance act that were gay to like. That was of course until they had a couple of number ones and it was OK to like them, even if you were a rocker

A lovely thank you to Mr. W 30, James Jupiter the 8th, Mrs. 303, Mr. 909, and especially Monsieur Akai 1100 (The Earthbound Crew)

Have I not mentioned this before? Since I heard WEL round my cousins house in London when it first came out (I was 11). Then bought Experience, Jilted the day it came out, then collected the singles for the B-sides, went to my first gig in '95, and it just kinda snowballed from that first listen.
That's why I love them so much, been "my group" since day 1 and I've stuck with them. There's been some rocky moments (no pun intended), but they're still my numero uno.

Yeah I knew the Jilted day-1 purchase story...wow man, fair play to you..makes you wonder what good new artists around today will stick it out that long.

Jeez.... let me think, far too many to list here I guess. Pretty much anything electronic, undergroundish, well produced, old skool hip-hop, classical music too, mostly instrumental stuff (as with electronic).
Been following the electronic music scene since I heard "Pump Up The Volume" by M/A/R/R/S in '87 (I was 7 or 8 at the time).
Wasn't old enough to go raving but was still there to grow up through the explosion of the scene. Great days.
