I would say the first "proper" video was Fire because of the money put into the graphics. But, look what happened to it!

Fair play if it was Mr. H's decision, but considering the blatent, soft-core pornography that is used by acts such as Aguilara, Lady Gaga and the crappy electro house nonsense like Feddy Le Grand, would the media really have had a leg to stand on if they had criticised the boys for it?
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against empty-headed tarts parading around in their skimpies, but it just screams of desperation to me and a blatent attempt to get the video, and therefore the song more airtime.
How many guys do you know that "loved" all these tracks, but seemed more interested in the video than the actual music?

EDIT: It would be nice for Liam to make the Hotride and Fire videos available for the fans, either as a download or bolted onto the next "special edition" or even the MK DVD.
