Most are 13?!? You're way off the mark there, go to any Maiden gig and you'll see there's more older folk there than young.
I'm 36 and have loved Maiden since the 1st and best (imo) album, always have (well almost, they went shit for while).

I admit, I overreacted a bit. But what I mean is that Maiden has many young fans compared to other metal bands. Nowadays you see more teenagers wearing Maiden T-shirts. At least in Finland

^ That's true. In Finland all heavy metal fans under the age 15 have Iron Maiden or Metallica t-shirts on all the time. You see a lot of them, but sure older fans have their shirts on too. Well, I'm not a metalman so I'm maybe not the best one to judge. But I have NEVER seen anyone with a Prodigy shirt on here (if you don't count the gig were almost everyone had one). Would be nice to see someone in the street wearing Prodigy stuff.

The only 2 people I saw wearing a Prodigy tshirt at the Copenhagen gig were myself in my Brixton one and Chuppitman (Gary) in his one from the Birmingham club night. The only other music tshirts worn were of rock & metal (boo, hisssss) bands.

You should have come to the gig in Finland where almost everyone had Prodigy shirts and I didn't see a single metal band shirt.

I was going to go to Finland as well, but it would have worked out at costing about £400 to be there for only 48 hours. That would be on top of going to Denmark as well.

the answer to your problem is that old people are bitter that we arent young anymore. so because of pride and ego we need to find a way to put you down and make u feel insignificant!...well i dont do that. but you must also remember that most prodigy fans are rabid elitists. hell i get shit from the older crowd too. cause heaven for bid i called MFTJG oldskool which to me it is because its what? 16-17 years old. i was 12 or 13 when it came out. im 29 now. to me it fucking is oldskool. anyway the human race in general is a bunch of fucking dickheads. just get used to it and dont take anything to heart when someone calls you an undeveloped zygote or whatever choice words the decide on!

Oldskool is a term for a style from a particular time. Just because it's "old school" to you doesn't make it so. I'm older so it would be even "older school" to me, yet I know it isn't. Likewise I don't classify the KLF as classical just because I think "they did some classic choons yeah, that makes them classical yeah?" That would just be silly. It's not being "elitist", it's called being "correct".

Yes of course....yawn. Why would I expect you to worry about being correct? It's not like American films have to be accurate ever is it? Cheers to the Americans for not only capturing the Enigma device, winning the battle of Britain and of course winning WW2 single handed
