Do you have the original, or is it the re-issue? Just wondering.

i have a couple of these gatefold ones, i am sure they are original 1992 elektra releases, was you refering to the black and white version? or the issue that had a stickered front?

with the knowledge you have arie, lets explore the possiblities.Give me something to look for on the cd itself maybe. This isn't like the fire record is it? where re-issues were put out as "strangely limited edition" even though they were re-releases?

i know the vinyl i have of this is original as i got it the as soon as it was released(my little treasure)

I'd have to disagree there.

Jilted looks like it took more time...sculpting the head and all that..
Aono just looks like someone spliced a few dogs and lips together in photoshop

New age art, man! It doesn't have to be complex to be good. I probably could have probably made it in photoshop in about 30 minutes, but I didn't. Liam did. He probably made it in less time too. But none of that detracts from its utter coolness. I have a feeling it's going to be hanging on my walls until I'm old and gray.

If you look at the front of the digipak, the lid sort of speak, on the top of it, so this is only a very thin line of paper/cardboard, it should be black for an original one and white for the re-issue. This way of checking only goes for the Fire/Jericho release.

"the mind boggles" i would never have noticed that,
the black one must be black all the way through rather than a top layer of black i assume. i have recently sold a couple of my spare ones, i wonder if i should ask the new owners to check?

Nah..as far as i know Liam didn't make the cover artwork for Aono.
The same guys who made the Girls Video made it.

Intro UK did the video and the cover art for AONO, Girls, Hotride and Spitfire. Julian House & Matt Cook.

"I think that the 'Girls' video in my opinion was different, it worked and suited the tune cause it was kind of cut and paste 80s influenced. Those guys were cool who did that video, they were the same dudes who did the cover." -LIAM

skuse me, cdm?

CDM is featured in the cover story of the December 2005 edition of Trenchless Technology magazine. The extensive article, “Leading Clients into the Future,” highlights CDMвЂâ„¢s expanding infrastructure rehabilitation capabilities, focus on exceptional customer service, and rise in Trenchless TechnologyвЂâ„¢s Top 50 Design Engineering Firms of 2005вЂâ€from number 8 in 2004, to number 5 in 2005.

i don't think this is wat you mean

Almost all different types of CD's and "packaging":
CD = compact disc, normally in a jewelcase
CDM = compact disc maxi single, normally in a slimline jewelcase
CDS = compact disc single, normally in a cardsleeve
Digipak = looks like a jewelcase, but then made of cardboard
3" = small compact disc
5" = normal sized compact disc

Last weekend I bought a new scanner, so I should be able to make some proper scans of items in my collection sometime soon. Any requests for scans of specific items?
