TOPIC: The Prodigy and BMW

The Prodigy and BMW 3 years, 11 months ago #30884

I remember seeing this advert for the first time and turning to my girlfriend (of the time) and saying "that's pretty cool, sounds well like something Liam would write."
Not that long after I went and bought "AONU." I was waiting outside Woolworths on the day of release at 8.45AM expecting a queue. Rushed in, grabbed my pre-ordered copy and ran back to her house to whack it on. Bearing in mind that nothing from "AONU" had been played at this point, imagine my suprise to hear that it was "You'll Be Under My Wheels." Once you're a fan of Liams work, you can just tell when it's him it seems. Anyway, enough rambling. Here's the video:

A lovely thank you to Mr. W 30, James Jupiter the 8th, Mrs. 303, Mr. 909, and especially Monsieur Akai 1100 (The Earthbound Crew)

Haha. Works well in the advert but I don't particularly like the track very much.

That track appears on several car related movies etc. maybe because of the name Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift....

A bit like Funky Shit at the end of Event Horizon. Went to see that at the cinema as Orbital did the music.

Yup, the violin intro played bit longer and the beats like 10 secs It is the best F&F movie and when I watched it I didn't even know that track was in it!

The style of this ad is really AONOish. Like the artwork and stuff. Just with a BMW. BMW and the Prodigy... There's no better combination! Haha
Yeah, I also went to the movies to watch Tokyo Drift with some friends. And when the music was played and the end I was like "YEAHHH! THE PRODIGY!!!", they just said to me "Hey man! Chill!"
