I don't know by heart what is written on this promotional CD itself. Would have to check an opened copy to find out. Will do so this evening and I'll post the result tomorrow. I believe there's the word "SAMPLE" written on the center of the disc, but I'll check. EIL sells these for more than I do.

And the 500 box does it have lighter nose spike and ring etc as I had spike missing from last set?

I have both the promotional copy as well as the retail copy. The catalogue number is the same for both. On the promotional copy, there is a promotional sticker on the back sleeve and on the disc itself it reads "SAMPLE LOANED" around the inner ring.
